Digital Tourists Guide is a travel audio guide by NexAI Tech. Search a city or landmark, choose a place, then press Play. No account is needed.
Location or nearby stories
Tap My location when you want stories near you. If access is blocked, allow Location in your browser's site settings or in your phone's settings for the app. Search still works without location permission. A searched place is not your live position.
Start Drive only when it is safe to do so. It asks before each new story. Stop Drive ends location tracking for that session. Digital Tourists Guide is not a navigation or road-safety service. Do not use the screen while driving.
Audio playback
Check your connection and media volume. A new story may take time to prepare; the player shows its progress. A shared story opens without sound, so tap Play to start. If playback fails, use Try again.
Stories are AI-generated from linked sources and may contain errors. Some places have only surrounding context, and some have no usable story yet. Check current opening hours, access and ticket prices with the venue.
Free beta and saved data
The public beta currently has no daily listening limit. No card is required. You can try route downloads where the browser supports them. Only stories marked Ready offline have complete audio saved on this device. Recheck that count before leaving a connection; a browser can clear storage. Do not rely on an unsaved story offline.
Your listening history and language preference stay on this device. Signing in does not sync them. Use the history button to see or clear listened places. Clearing browser site data, or removing the app, can also remove locally saved content.
Accounts and purchases
Use Sign in for account-owned passes. When checkout is available, a paid pass appears in Trip passes and purchases. Select Restore purchases if a payment finished but access is missing. An unstarted pass waits until you activate it online. Read the terms and refund information before buying.
Feedback
Use Report a story issue below the player. It opens an email with the place, language and story link. Tell us what sounds wrong and include a reliable source if you have one. For a playback problem, include your device and browser.
Delete your account or data
Digital Tourists Guide does not need an account. If you signed in, you can ask NexAI Tech to delete that account and its data:
- Email [email protected] from the address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my Digital Tourists Guide account".
- We confirm that you own the account, then delete it within 30 days and reply when it is done.
We delete your account id, name, email address, profile image and any entitlement linked to the account. We keep purchase and refund records required for tax and accounting law for up to 8 years, and security logs for up to 90 days. To ask us to delete data without deleting your account, send the same email and say which data. Listening history, language and downloaded audio never leave your device: clear history in the app or remove the app to delete them.
