The story of Sri sundara anjaneya swamy temple 100ft road indiranagar

Sri sundara anjaneya swamy temple 100ft road indiranagar is a Hanuman temple, and the figure it honours is Anjaneya, a deity in Hinduism revered as a divine vanara and a devoted companion of Lord Rama. The temple stands within Cornerstone Park, Bengaluru, so you are looking at a shrine set inside a public park at the junction of CMH Road and 100 Ft Road in Indiranagar.

There is no account of this exact temple’s founding or rebuilding, so the safest way to read it is through the setting and the worship. In Hindu tradition, Hanuman is central to the Ramayana and is celebrated for unwavering devotion to Rama; that is the religious world this temple belongs to.

The practical detail matters here: the temple opens Monday 6:30–11:30 AM and 5:30–8:30 PM; Tuesday 6:00 AM–12:00 PM and 5:30–8:30 PM; Wednesday 6:30 AM–12:00 PM and 6:00–8:30 PM; Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 6:00 AM–12:00 PM and 6:00–8:30 PM.

The neighbourhood around you, Binnamangala, is one of the early settlements in Bengaluru, and this former village was merged with Bangalore Mahanagara Palike in the 1981 census. If you are visiting, the park setting makes the temple easy to combine with a walk before or after darshan.
